turn a rainy gloomy sad day into a happy imaginable sunny day...how?

Pouring Rain outside, Clouds surround the sky, Just face it... the gloomy weather is really quite depressing ....

Nothing you can do with the rain out, staying home with nothing to do...
Nothing but comfort food will only make you mood just a little better, but comfort food makes you MORE fat than you already think you are... going to the gym is such a hassle...
Need to study but...really wheres the mood?


.....well if complaining and adding the blame to the weather makes you feel better.. continue to do so, but for a change, how bout adore the rain.  What would happen if its stops raining for months, WHY can't you enjoy the peacefulness of the gloomy days? Why not think positively about goodness from the rain instead of blaming it for ruining you mood? --- its all really in the mind, and you know that right?  Gloomy days give you illness... or it does psychologically.  Its your day off from the gym (if its a hassle for you driving or bussing to the gym--DAY OFF :) )

Think, gloomy ---- into SUnny! Imagine it to be sunny, although the rain is doing its job as it adds color to the grass, adds wilderness to the forest, cleans the streets, while you lay back and watch tv :)  Your doing a good deed by not watering your plants, cuz the rain is doing its job!
now lets go to our windows and look how beautiful the rain can be, doing its work, while we sit at home and stay cozy, baking our cookies while the rain is producing rhythms along the sidewalks. :)

Its my birthday tomorrow which invokes me to ask..

What do most people want for their birthdays;  

Presents
Surprise Parties
Money
Night of fun at the club
          ...............  or would it be simple loved ones close by?

Yes its so true that every year is so special, just because you can celebrate each age, only once in your life time, just like how you celebrate your marriage once in your life time (in most cases). But i discovered that most people spend worrying way too much on how many people are going to show up at their birthday party, or whether or not their boyfriend will buy them what the wanted, or if their requested venue will be 

life...today


The basics in life.

What ARE the basics in life? 
Shelter?
Love?
Food?
Clothing?
Goals?

...what ARE the basics in life really?
Shelter? or the needy of a Penthouse?
Love? or a boyfriend who is willing to spoil you, spend their paycheck on you and your wants?
Food? or fine dining?
CLothing? or the want for an BCBG outfit cuz..everyone's got one..
Goals? ... thats a tough one...

So how simple is your life? 
You may claim to be simple, you don't ask for much, you dont' do anything harmful..
but how simple, exactly are you?

Think about that for a moment... how can you live a more happier life.. 
Why are you the way you are? Why are you affected by how other's think?
